The inspiration for the Diag desk came from the designer's own thoughts on the conditions and functionality of a desk. The main goal was to create a piece of furniture that could meet the needs of both home and office environments. The challenge was to find an original solution for storing writing instruments, resulting in a desk that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

The Diag desk features a wooden desktop supported by steel legs. The slightly raised and curved edges prevent objects from falling off, providing a secure workspace. The desk also includes notches dedicated to holding optional leather organizers, adding a touch of elegance and functionality.

Available in veneer and solid wood or lacquered MDF versions, the Diag desk offers a range of customization options. The base can be chosen in brushed stainless steel or anthracite structural lacquer, allowing for a personalized look that suits any interior design style.

The realization of the Diag desk involves the use of high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques. The metal base is made of structural anthracite lacquer or brushed stainless steel, while the top is finished with oak or walnut veneer or solid color lacquer, ensuring durability and a refined appearance.

With dimensions of 1440 x 720 x 888 mm, the Diag desk provides ample workspace while maintaining a compact and stylish design.

The Diag desk has received positive feedback from recipients during fair presentations. Its attractive form and optional features, such as the raised edges and available accessories, have been highly appreciated by users.

The project was first presented at the Meble Polska 2019 International Furniture Fair in Poznań, where it was awarded the MTP Gold Medal in the Premier category. This recognition highlights the innovative design and quality craftsmanship of the Diag desk.

As a winner of the Bronze A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category, the Diag desk has been recognized for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design. This prestigious award celebrates designs that incorporate best practices in art, science, design, and technology, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
